• Provide as necessary the structure and ad-hoc training in Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Product Ownership, and ProgramManagement.
• Facilitate and assist in the definition of project scope, including the creation of User Stories withAcceptance Criteria, Product Backlogs, Defect Backlogs, Release Plans, Backlog Prioritization, as well as identifying key dependencies andrisks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relatedfield.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment.
• Ability to work independently with minimaldirection.
• Able to adhere to client development standards and SOXcompliance.
• Mainframe knowledge is aplus.
RequiredSkills:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Lead BusinessAnalyst
• Defines and documents customer business functions andprocesses
• Consults with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs andobjectives, current operational procedures, problems, input
and output requirements, and levels of systemsaccess
• Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements arecomplete, consistent, concise, comprehensible,
traceable, feasible, unambiguous, andverifiable
• Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existingsystems; ensures the system design fits the needs of theusers
• Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and businessspecifications
• 3+ years’ experience leading a medium-sized applications development team
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others and manage multiple assignments with excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals of theclient.
• Experience in applications development environment including new development, enhancements and production fixes with the goal of being the liaison between
the key business stakeholders and the developmentteam.
• Experience interacting with clients and project stakeholders including HR Product Owners, Portfolio,and Program Managers to help coordinate Agile across
the large program at wide range of leadershiplevels.
• Pro-actively identify changes in project scope and potential crises, and assist the project team todevise contingencyplans.
• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business andtechnical.
