6	Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist	Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist • 11-15 yrs developing software quality assurance plans - Required • 11-15 yrs developing test plans and procedures - Required • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience - Required • 11yrs Hands-on testing experience in enterprise software testing practices and tools, including significant Java based technology experience Preferred Skills: • 11 yrs Hands-on development experience in at least one major scripting language, with a preference for use in testing (including automation) scenarios using -Required • 5 yrs Experience with UFT, HP Quality Center (ALM) and Selenium - Required • 5 yrs Backend testing experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases - Required • 5 yrs .NET Web application solutions testing experience - Required • Has previously defined and configured the automated testing for a software product application / platform (and releases) preferably using HP UTF Required • 3 Years Has provided QA / Test automation / management reporting “views” to support Business & IT stakeholders in staying on top of status and next steps Required • 3 Years Experience with Jira or similar bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management software Required • 3 Years Experience in Quality Assurance testing web applications Required • 11 Years Experience in developing manual testing scripts Required • 8 Years Experience working with requirements management tools such as Contour or Jira is a plus Required • 3 Years Knowledge of Use Case development and analysis Required • 8 Years experience in developing automation testing scripts Required
