Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, develop, test and document computer applications programs for government contracting system, tax e-file services and automation testing.
• Do the technical feasibility study i.e. hardware as well tools and techniques for the application proposed.
• Review systems capability and schedule limitation to determine modifications within existing systems.
• Apply programming procedures complying with CMMI Level-3 Key Process Areas principles.
• Design and develop pilot programs, upon approval design detail application programs.
• Prepare program documents and materials for users.
• Take action to resolve problems and issues that routinely arise.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines.
• Monitoring and fixing security vulnerabilities for the proposed solutions.
• Analyze government tax policies, federal and state tax data, federal regulations and government contracting data.
• Assist in the Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Validation and Support of various software applications developed
• Establish Configuration Management, Software Development best practices
• Manage Source control repository and Change Request systems.
• Perform Agile Scrum Project Delivery Methodology
• Performing CMMI Level-3 compliant process areas.
• Analysis, Requirement, deployment of IRS MeF (Modernized e-File Framework) Educational Qualifications:
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or equivalence with 15 years experience or M.S. Degree in Computer Science or equivalence with 10 years experience.
